Example Daily Protocol in a Single Page

At the bottom of this page you will find a link to a PDF with an example of a complete daily supplement regimen (based on two meals a day) that I kept taped to my kitchen wall, with clickable links for the supplements (items without links either require a prescription or are generic/flexible). This was my personal regimen and was updated regularly during treatment – every couple of months – depending on latest test results, considerations about pulsing supplements, and new research we uncovered during the preceding few weeks. While some supplements were very specific to my situation (e.g. DIM & Apigenin) and were discovered using the RGCC Onconomics Extract test, most others – such as curcumin, mushroom extracts, RSO and so on – will be applicable to any type of cancer.

It goes without saying that this one-pager does not address other parts of the full protocol, like exercise (an absolute must) and procedures like Rife, enemas, PEMF, saunas, infrared light, etc.

I would suggest changing up your sources/brands for most supplements once in a while (e.g., buy mushroom powders first from https://hostdefense.com/, then from https://www.bulksupplements.com/, and then from https://www.microingredients.com), unless you’re positive you have the best option.

Quick explanation for the notation: 1p means 1 pill or capsule; 1scp = 1 scoop (which will normally be included with the supplement); the rest should be self-explanatory. (e) next to an item means “empty into water/juice” – i.e. 2p(e) means “2 capsules emptied into juice or water” (to reduce the number of pills you need to swallow); without this designation, the pill/capsule should be taken as is.
