The Protocol

This article is perhaps the main reference for the regimen that worked — for me. It cannot be overstated that every person must work out their own protocol! Cancers are different in how they respond to different nutrients, and while detoxifying the body is something that needs to be done for any type of cancer, other aspects of the treatment have to take into account, at least to some extent, the specifics of your unique situation. For instance, glutathione is supposedly contraindicated for lymphomas (although I’ve heard of at least one person who cured himself of lymphoma entirely with large doses of glutathione), yet it is a powerful antioxidant that should probably be part of the regimen for other cancers.

I’ll divide the regimen into logical sections: things that generally take place on an irregular or temporary basis, things you might do on a weekly basis, and things you would include in a daily program. For links to where you can get these items, check out the Supplements & Procedures post. I would highly recommend reading Chris Wark’s book where he describes his own regimen in great detail.

Intermittent

  • Prayer, meditation, or contemplation (or all three). This is not a minor consideration. While you may not need it on a daily or even weekly basis, you do want to understand what purpose your cancer serves, because if you don’t address that purpose (and usually there are several of them), unless the cause of the cancer is purely physical — which is rare — you will not get well. Ask for understanding and for guidance. Pay attention to your dreams and synchronicities. Listen to your intuition. If an experienced phlebotomist is unable to get to your clearly visible veins 3 times in a row for an IV, perhaps this procedure is not for you. Answers may not come immediately and they may not be as clear as you’d like them to be, but if you ask sincerely and with a pure heart, they will come. I had two dreams early on in my journey. One made it quite clear that I was in no real danger despite any appearances to the contrary, and the second actually hinted at the best treatment, which I unfortunately did not understand until after the whole thing was over. Be open-minded, humble, and grateful — and most important of all, your attitude must be one of desiring to help not only yourself, but others as well. There is a whole gang of invisible helpers impatiently waiting to help us abundantly and freely; all we need to do is ask for that help of our own free will and then listen to the answers.
  • Take responsibility. Both for the condition itself and for getting well. It’s your life and while others may play a significant role in it, unless you are a baby or mentally incapacitated, no one else can possibly be responsible for your healing other than you. This may take more than one contemplation or meditation attempt, especially if you had been avoiding responsibility all your life, but it absolutely must be done.
  • Research, research, research. Watch films that debunk the cancer industry lies and offer other solutions. Read all the important books and websites you can find. The best ones are worth their weight in gold. Many cancers will respond to certain treatments (e.g., Rife or RSO) even if you have no idea how they work; however, educating yourself not only serves the purpose of understanding your body and its processes better, which will be very useful in the future, once everything is over and you need to (most likely) come up with a different lifestyle than the one you had before — but also helps you be more in control and take responsibility for your life more fully.
  • Fasting. Fasting, especially for longer than 36 hours, triggers autophagy, which is an important built-in process of the body getting rid of its bad and old cells — which, of course, means cancer cells as well; however, it also weakens the body. Fasting with a proper intention (purifying yourself) also plays an important role from an energetic perspective, and my personal opinion is that at least one fast of 2-3 days, either on clean water alone (with electrolytes) or on green juices, is certainly helpful if physically and otherwise possible, and a monthly fast is even better. More importantly, prolonged fasting — longer than 3 days, ideally 14 to 21 days — has been shown to cure cancer pretty much on its own (there are more interviews with people who cured cancer using mostly prolonged fasting, sometimes repeated a few times). If your body mass/composition allows it, I would very highly recommend prolonged fasting.

Weekly

  • Ozone: EBO2/EBOO, Ten-pass, or Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Use a couple of times per week. Contraindicated with some conditions, e.g. G6PD deficiency.
  • IV Vitamin C: 25-75 grams per session, once or twice a week. Since we generally have a limited supply of veins and they have to recover between being poked, you may have to alternate Ozone and Vitamin C. Same contraindications as with ozone.
  • Hydrotherapy/Colonics/Enemas: If you can find a good hydrotherapy center (with intestinal massage), you should do at least 3-4 sessions. After that, switch to regular colonics or coffee/chamomile enemas. These should be done at least every other day in early stages and can later be reduced to twice a week or so after a couple of months.
  • Russian/Turkish baths or Infrared Saunas: Find the hottest room they have (180 degrees Fahrenheit or higher) and start with very short sessions to get accustomed to the temperature. Gradually increase the time and the height of the bench. Make sure to go under a cold shower immediately after leaving the room: the contrast is great for the immune system, however, far more importantly, sweat that is not washed off gets absorbed back by the body within 2 minutes, and you definitely don’t want all the toxins that just came out of you to go back in. If you cannot find a Russian or Turkish bathhouse near you, get an infrared sauna and use it a couple of times a week. High-temperature saunas have the same contraindications as ozone and vitamin C.
  • Chelation to get rid of heavy metals (if chosen — there are other ways to detox metals):
    • EDTA
    • DMSA, by prescription (with ALA)
  • Reiki, Energy healing, or Acupuncture: These should not be underestimated. Long before a disease manifests in the physical body, it’s formed in the energy body. Every cancer “patient’s” energy system is damaged, sometimes quite severely. You will need all the help you can get to restore it back to normal. Cleansing yourself of bad energy can be done in many ways, including taking dips in the ocean, walking barefoot through grass, spending time in a forest, or even simply soaking in a bathtub with sea salt and essential oils — however, keep in mind that any such activity must be accompanied by a strong intention of cleansing your energy system. After it’s cleansed, you need to fill the “holes” with good energy. A good Reiki or acupuncture practitioner, or someone who practices energy healing of other forms, both in person and remote, can be of great help.

Daily Regimen

  • Morning, on empty stomach: Diatomaceous Earth, Bentonite/Zeolite, Baking Soda (if needed), Systemic Enzymes, Essiac. Pulse/alternate all except Essiac and Enzymes — these should be taken without breaks.
  • Music and singing.
  • Full-spectrum Cannabis Oil (RSO): see Appendix C below.
  • Rife/PEMF/Scalar.
  • Exercise: 20-30 minutes of fairly demanding activity, or at least bouncing on a trampoline. Ideally split into two-three sessions.
  • Between meals: Essiac. Systemic Enzymes. Baking soda (if needed). Aloe Arborescens. Isopathic Phenolic Rings (twice a day).
  • Juice: see Appendix A below. There should be at the very least 1 and preferably 1.5-2 liters of green juice in your daily regimen. I divided mine into three portions, taken 20 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Supplements that were in powder or liquid form were mixed in with the juice. Use Magic Bullet or something similar to save yourself time and achieve a much greater smoothness from your juices. These additional ingredients went into each portion of juice:
    • Powders: Pectasol (1 scoop), Amla (1 tsp), Chlorella (1 scoop), Spirulina (1/2 tsp), Moringa (1 scoop), Reishi (1 scoop), Curcumin (1 scoop), Silymarin (1 scoop), Vitamin C (2-3 grams).
    • Liquids: Nascent Iodine or Lugol’s Iodine (300-400 mcg), Mushroom extract (2 dropperfuls), Birch bark extract (2 dropperfuls), Devil’s Claw (2 dropperfuls), Selenium.
    • Also taken with the juice (or with water after the juice, if easier) are those supplements that should be taken 20-30 minutes before meals, such Berberine, Quercetin, and Milk Thistle/Liver Support. These generally taste horrible if opened and have to be taken in capsules.
  • Food: see Appendix A.
  • Supplements: see Appendix B. Chug down with water with a scoop of Magnesium dissolved in it. Capsules take effort to digest. Some supplements are too harsh on the mouth and the esophagus and cannot/should not be opened, however, others are either neutral or at least palatable. Open each supplement that comes in capsule form and taste a tiny amount with a toothpick. Those that can be taken without a capsule (or are too large to swallow) should be opened up (or crushed if in tablet form) and mixed together in a tablespoon of MCT oil (which you should take anyway) and a thin slice of banana (1/4 inch / 5 mm) and Red Beet powder for taste.
  • Smoothies: see Appendix A. Smoothies can generally be taken between meals, however, when you have to take other things that also need to go on an empty stomach (e.g., the powerful Essiac tea), you may have to take them with a meal or even skip altogether. In this case you can just eat the fruits either before or after a meal.
  • Teas: Jason Winters, Dandelion, Hibiscus, Soursop leaves. With or between meals.
  • Before bed: Low-dose Naltrexone (LDN) 3-5 mg, depending on your weight. Artemisinin, if you decide to include it in your protocol (it requires pretty strict conditions for best effectiveness and because of various interactions). If you can take these 30-40 minutes before bed to let them get absorbed, 1/2 tsp of baking soda in half a glass of water right before going to sleep will provide an alkaline environment while you sleep.

Appendix A: Juices, Smoothies, and Food

Juicing

Juicing is a critical component of a natural approach to healing cancer. Juices with correct ingredients trigger multiple physiological and epigenetic changes that gradually transform the body into a healthier version of itself. The most beneficial juices are those made with cruciferous vegetables. It goes without saying that, to the extent humanly possible, all ingredients should be organic; if not possible, use what you can find, but make sure to soak in water with baking soda for 15 minutes before rinsing — this removes the vast majority of pesticides, at least from the surface. Non-organic items with a peel (e.g., carrots, lemons, or apples) should be peeled.

Use the following, adjusting for whatever is available where you live:

  • Carrots (side note: I couldn’t use these as it turned out that I was allergic to raw carrots)
  • Green (sour) apples, whole
  • Lemon, whole
  • Celery
  • Wheatgrass
  • Broccoli
  • Kale
  • Arugula
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Collard greens
  • Watercress
  • Cauliflower
  • Kohlrabi
  • Bok choy
  • Cabbage
  • Radish
  • Spinach
  • Ginger (one-/two-inch piece)

Special mentions:

  • Stinging Nettle juice. Affectionately called by someone “Shrek’s snot” (and with the taste probably matching that description), it’s super useful when you have blood deviations, such as low white or red blood cell counts. Use fresh leaves and stems — the younger, the better. You only need about a vodka shot’s worth on an empty stomach for 7-10 days. Hard to find; your best bet is probably farmer’s markets.
  • Beet juice. Great for blood. Should be taken by itself on an empty stomach. Rather harsh on the digestive system and needs to be increased gradually, starting from 1-2 tbsp and adding a tablespoon per day until you reach half a cup.

Smoothies

  • Soursop/cherimoya, if available.
  • Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Cranberries, Blackcurrant (all are fine either fresh or frozen). Kiwi (the less sweet, the better).
  • Greens in some form, either as powdered supplements or fresh/frozen vegetables.
  • Spices: Cardamom and black pepper (synergistic with berries); Cinnamon; Cayenne pepper.
  • If the smoothies come out too thick, add a little water or, better yet, coconut milk with some coconut cream.

Food

  • Salads. Every meal should include a large salad. Chop the vegetables up with a food processor — this saves time and allows you to eat much larger portions. The most important items to go into a salad:
    • Broccoli sprouts (a cup with each meal). Soaking them in 70°C (158°F) for 10 minutes apparently increases their cancer-fighting power more than threefold (per a clever comment under the video, a very easy way to do this without a thermometer is to add a cup of boiling of water to 1/2 cup of room-temperature water and let sit for a couple of minutes before adding the sprouts; another alternative to activating broccoli sprouts is to add a little mustard).
    • Black (fermented) Garlic.
    • Scallions, Onions.
    • Cilantro. This herb is a powerful detoxifier of heavy metals, including from the brain.
    • Cruciferous veggies. A good portion of them will digest much better if lightly steamed. If cooking cruciferous vegetables in any way (steaming, boiling, etc.), cut them up 30-40 minutes prior so they release their active compounds.
    • Olive oil and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV).
    • Other things you can add: Dandelion greens and Nutritional yeast.
  • Protein. Protein should be taken in fairly small portions, perhaps one egg and half a can of sardines a day, or a small piece of wild salmon. Avocados are a great addition, both as a source of protein and other nutrients. Lentils in moderate amounts are also OK. Lentils are also significantly lower in glutamine than nuts or dairy. Due to their high glutamine and arginine content (the two amino-acids that feed cancer), nuts and dairy are probably best avoided or taken in very small quantities — 1/4 cup of pistachios, almonds, or cashews for nuts and preferably goat products for dairy (if any). Try not to exclude animal protein even if you’re a vegetarian. It’s interesting to note (and probably not coincidental) that lymphomas are more widespread among vegetarians than among carni-/omnivores.
  • Mushrooms. Mushrooms are not only a good source of protein, but if you can find fresh Shiitake, Maitake, and Turkey Tail mushrooms, you should include them in at least one meal a day as they are potent cancer fighters. If you cannot find these mushrooms fresh, you should be able to order them in powdered or dry form.
  • Fats. The healthiest oils are extra virgin olive and coconut oils, plus MCT oil. Use generously, especially olive and MCT.
  • Carbs/energy. You will be getting more than enough carbs from berries, however, if your body needs more, small amounts of wild rice, quinoa, or black or red lentils for nutrition and energy (about a cup or less, cooked, per day, total). Total carbs, which includes all sources — vegetables, berries, grains etc. — should not exceed 50 grams per day, and of course, no sugars of any kind.
I’d also suggest reading Dr. Steven Gundry’s books on lectins (see Resources page); according to him, the only grains and seeds that are safe to eat (not inflammatory) are sorghum, millet, flaxseed, and sesame seed; coconut, almond, and cassava flour can also be used for baking (e.g. tortillas). My current diet does not include any grains other than those listed. Not everyone is lectin-sensitive, so this may or may not be an issue for you.
  • Other. Spices: turmeric, oregano, cayenne pepper (stomach condition permitting). Other spices can be used to improve taste — mushrooms, for instance, can be pretty bland if nothing else is added to them.

Appendix B: Supplements

Note that mushrooms and mushroom extracts (Reishi, Cordyceps, Mesima, Turkey Tail, Shiitake, AHCC) can be alternated, although I didn’t do that and took all at the same time: 1 month of one or two, next month of another one or two, and so on. If ordering supplements of the same type from different companies (e.g., Quercetin from two different manufacturers), these can also be alternated on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

According to some sources, Curcumin/Turmeric should be taken 2-3 hours apart from any RSO treatment as they both use the same receptors.

Appendix C: RSO

Full spectrum cannabis oil, also called Full extract cannabis oil (FECO) or Rick Simpson Oil (RSO), is one of the most powerful cancer cures and has been proven to work against multiple types of cancer. You have to make sure to order from a reliable supplier.

There are several ways to take RSO, but perhaps the easiest one (at least if you want to or have to continue to work or to have any mental or physical capacity for 3 months) is via suppositories. There are excellent resources on how to make suppositories that you can check out on the Resources page. The dosage you’re looking for is between 0.5 to 1 gram of oil per day (not 1 gram of THC — THC content in good quality RSO is about 60-80%), split into two or three doses. You can take the lower amount (500-750 mg) if your condition is not far advanced; however, for aggressive cancers or those with wide spread you’ll want to use the full gram (as a side note, the lowest dose that was found to work is 300 mg/day, with 40 mg of oral supplementation). You need to build up to the full dose within about two weeks, take the full dose for as long as necessary to get rid of all the detectable tumors, and then taper down for another couple weeks, switching to a maintenance dose of 50-100 mg per day after that. Once on maintenance, take a 4-day break each month to allow the body’s cannabinoid receptors to rest. Note that you still have to supplement orally even when using suppositories, at least 40-50 mg of RSO per day, however, if you build up tolerance over a few weeks, this is doable.

Some pointers that may be helpful:

  • CBD is a must as THC alone will not work. CBD has to be taken at about 25% of the amount of RSO. If you can get it, CBG (a powerful cancer fighter in its own right) should also be taken at the level of 10-20%. CBD/CBG need to be administered at least two hours away from RSO and can be taken orally as they are not psychoactive.
  • In order to avoid the THC in the oil being processed by the liver and thus creating the psychoactive effects (which you definitely don’t want to experience at such doses), you must keep the suppositories short — less than 2.5 cm, so they are absorbed by the veins in the final part of the rectum. This is easily achievable if you keep each suppository at 2 grams or so of total weight (assuming these or similar molds). You also want to avoid body positions that may allow the oil to trickle down (up, rather) the walls of the rectum and be assimilated through the liver. The general recommendation is to lie down on your right side for half an hour after using a suppository for optimal absorption.
  • It is immensely helpful to have your bowels as completely empty as you can possibly get them as the oil sometimes provokes gas or a bowel movement. A simple glycerin suppository does a great job at this, better than even an enema.
  • Get a decent digital scale (e.g., this or this) that will give you at least two digits of precision after the decimal point to weigh the oil. Once RSO is added, complete the remainder with coconut oil and cacao butter, with double the amount of cacao butter relative to coconut oil. So, for instance, if you were making 10 suppositories with 500 mg of RSO each (for 5 days total — morning and evening), you would use 5 grams of RSO, and then, to arrive at the total weight of 10 x 2 = 20 grams, you would add 15 grams of coconut oil and cacao butter — perhaps 10 grams of cacao butter and 5 grams of coconut oil. The filler ingredients help keep the suppository solid until it no longer needs to be solid.
