A Simplified Protocol

Since these pages were written, a few people asked for a more condensed version of the approach described on this site. What follows is exactly that. When there’s a lot going on, and there’s massive pressure from both the family and the medical profession to start “conventional” treatment, these suggestions can be applied at the same time with fairly low effort and expense. With a couple of exceptions (noted below), they should not interfere with traditional treatment. You can do a site search on an item to get more details about it in the other pages.

Detox

  • COVID “vax”: Nicotine patches (7mg once a day for a week); Systemic Enzymes/Nattokinase
  • Heavy Metals/Pesticides/Plastics/Parasites: Chelation with EDTA; glutathione drips; hydrogen water; Ampcoil/PEMF (if available); antiparasitic; spirulina/chlorella; Zeolite clay; sweating/saunas

Must-have supplements

  • Liver & kidney support (Liver Support & Kidney Chi)
  • Vitamin D (5,000 to 10,000 IU per day; the goal is to maintain vitamin D blood levels above 70)
  • Curcumin/Turmeric (3-5g a day; stop a week or two before any surgery, even minor)

Treatments

  • IV Vitamin C (build up to 25-75 grams twice a week; not with G6PD deficiency)
  • IV Ozone (not with G6PD deficiency)
  • Ivermectin (12mg twice a day; 5 days on, 2 days off; with Liver Support)
  • Fenbendazole (one packet a day with oil and pepper, 4 days on, 3 days off; with Liver Support; can do 6 weeks of ivermectin followed by 6 weeks of fenben, or the other way around)
  • 3-week water fasting (with electrolytes and B vitamins), if weight/condition allows
  • RSO (Rick Simpson Oil)
  • Alkalization: Pure Synergy SuperFood
  • Teas: EssiacJason Winters; Soursop leaves
  • Frequencies: Rife energy devices

Other

  • Cooking: eliminate all seed oils (sunflower, corn, canola, grapeseed, soybean, etc). Use only butter/ghee, coconut, avocado and extra virgin olive oils
  • Diet: lots of cruciferous vegetables, some light protein – avocado, eggs, fish, sardines, nuts, lentils
  • Exercise: walking; trampoline bouncing
